Delivery Policies

• Delivery coverage area is within Klang valley including Nilai and Seremban.
• Delivery charges starts from RM10 (depending on the location).
• We DO NOT cater for SAME DAY DELIVERY. All orders must be made at least 1 (one) day in advance. If you require any assistant or urgent orders, please contact us at 019-316 0304.  
• We are open 6 days a week Moday-Saturday. We are closed on SUNDAY and PUBLIC HOLIDAY. All orders on Sunday will be processed the next business day.
• Delivery times are generalized to “morning” and “afternoon” deliveries. If you require a timed delivery, please WhatsApp us to make the special arrangements.
• It is your responsibility, as the sender, to ensure that the recipient will be at the location of the delivery on the date of delivery. If the recipient goes home early (if delivered to a workplace) or is out of town (for home deliveries), unbeknownst to us, it is not cause for refund or exchange as we have fulfilled our obligation in delivering upon the date of request as ordered by the sender.
• If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery, an additional delivery fee may apply.
