How do i know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email at the email address provided to us. It will be an automatically generated email, so do check your spam folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
How can I order Flowers from you?
Ordering is easy:
1.Find a flower bouquet that you like, click on the image, and the product page will load.
2.On the product page, you can add the quantity of the product that being choose.
3.Just add the flower bouquet to your cart by clicking the "Add To Cart" button.
4.Once in the cart, you could click the "Check Out" button to continue with shipping process.
5. One in the checkout page, you may choose either you want to pickup or shipping and you required to filled in the shipping address. You can choose to put the billing address as if the you have different billing address.
6. Next, you can choose the shipping method. At the moment we only provide Lalamove services for the shipping method. You also may write your personalized card message, select a preferred delivery date and time slot.
7. As you filled in the shipping information you can see that the shipping charges will automatically be included in your total amount that need to be paid.
8. Then, you required to choose the payment method of your purchase. You either can choose between bank transfer or ipay88. Do note that for Bank Transfer payments, we will only be able fulfill your order after payment has been received by us.
9. Confirm your shipping information and proceed with the ordering by click on "place order now". Then, the confirmation order email will be sent to your email address.
10. To verify your payment please send us a screenshot or an image of the bank in receipts as proof of payment by uploading it in the required section including your order ID.
What payments methods do you accept?
We accept credit / debit / charge cards via ipay88 and cash payments via the Bank Transfer options to suit your preferred payment method. We recommend payment via credit / debit card since payment is instantly processed and we are able to directly to fulfill your order.
For Bank Transfer payments, we will only be able fulfill your order after payment has been received by us. To verify your payment please send us a screenshot or an image of the bank in receipts as proof of payment by uploading it in the required section including your order ID.

Can I customize my order?
Do flowers come in a vase?
Not all products come in a vase and we do not have options to change hand bouquets into a vase arrangement. Only products pictured to be in a vase comes with it.
Do note that some products are side arrangements and some are round. If you are unsure, kindly contact us to find out.
Can I change my order details?
For changes on delivery address or message card, you can email us at email@example.com , call us at 010-2398 799 (Mon-Sat, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM), message us through live chat on our website or message us on Facebook by clicking the button on the bottom left side of our website.
Changes to order details should be done at least 24 hours or one (1) day before your intended delivery date and selected time slot. We could not accept any last minute changes on the day of delivery to make sure your order is delivered on time.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order 24 hours or one (1) day before your intended delivery date and we will process a full refund / charge-back to you. Kindly note that refunds will typically take at least ten (10) days for the refund process to be completed depending on the payment method method you used to make your purchase and bank clearance which Hanna Petals does not have influence upon.
It is your responsibility note of our cancellation policy mentioned above. Failure to do so will deem your request to cancel the order and full refund invalid.
